Whether you're mountain biking in the Alps or hiking the Way of St. James to Santiago de Compostela – the ultralight Taurus 1-person tent at just 1.2 kg is perfect for solo hikers with a light load who want full flexibility. Even when it's raining, the 3-season tent is quick and easy to pitch thanks to pole sleeves and an inner tent that's pre-attached. The Taurus has a classic tripod construction that ensures superior wind resistance. The outer tent is absolutely waterproof and even more resilient with siliconized, taped seams on both sides – an advantage that only VAUDE offers. The inner tent features optimal ventilation and protection from condensation and unwelcome bugs or insects. Its generous interior height allows you to sit comfortably and eat your meals while sheltered; there's also plenty of room for your gear. Side mesh pockets keep small items handy and easy to find in the dark. The front vestibule offers additional storage space for your gear, shoes, helmet and other items. Rainproof vents are fully adjustable and ensure optimal air circulation for a good microclimate while you sleep.
