Product Availability & Delivery Timeframes
Most of the items featured on our website are from the current season and readily available.
- In-Stock Items: If your item is available at our main warehouse, you can expect delivery within 2 working days from the date of purchase.
- Supplier-Sourced Items: If the item needs to be sourced from our suppliers, delivery will typically take 5–7 working days.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know by adding a note in the shipping instructions during checkout. We also offer additional delivery options such as next working day, morning, or weekend delivery, subject to availability and for an extra fee. Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT) Monday to Thursday are eligible for next working day delivery, where applicable. If any item is out of stock, our team will contact you within 2 business days of your order being placed.
UK Delivery Options & Charges
We partner with DPD and Royal Mail as our primary UK delivery providers, ensuring reliable and efficient service. For certain postcodes, we may use alternative couriers to provide the best possible experience. If you prefer a specific courier, please get in touch with our customer service team—alternative arrangements can be made, subject to a small surcharge. Once your order has been dispatched:
- Tracking details will be sent via email.
- If you have provided your mobile number, you will receive SMS notifications from the courier for real-time updates.

International Orders
We are pleased to offer delivery services to customers worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can check delivery status via the courier’s official website—typically UPS, FedEx, or Parcelforce.
