TECHNICAL FEATURES
- PERFORTEX MEMBRANE: Fusalp exclusive Perfortex Technology, is a high performance, waterproof, windproof and breathable micro-porous membrane. A synthetic layer is laminated on the inner layer of the fabric to increase efficacy: the size of the micropores allows the evacuation of water vapour to the outside of the fabric while preventing the penetration of bad weather (rain, snow, wind). External water repellent treatment guarantees optimum protection.
- SKIPASS POCKET: Pocket on the left arm suitable for a ski pass and fast access through automatic ski lift.
- WATER REPELLENT: Water repellency is the capacity for a fabric to be waterproof to a certain extent - a down to treatment, not to the intrinsic quality of the fabric or the weaving. The interest of the water repellent treatment is that no drop of water penetrates or is absorbed.
- DUPONT™ SORONA® FIBERS: DuPont ™ Sorona® is a biopolymer fibre with an unbeatable heat-to-heat ratio thanks to Neymours' advanced Dupont technologies. Fusalp is committed to finding innovative solutions that help reduce dependence on fossil fuels and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Its biodegradable bio-polyester formulation made from renewable organic materials has the advantage over synthetic polymers derived from petroleum to consume 40% less energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 63% compared to a usual fibre. This fibre is elastic, soft, quick-drying, easy to clean, resistant to chlorine and stains, including very hot ones.
