The Gavarnie Jacket developed with Perfortex stretch membrane which is waterproof, windproof and breathable provides maximum comfort and protection from wind, snow and rain. It features a removable and adjustable hood, integrated snow skirt, ski-pass pocket.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• PERFORTEX MEMBRANE: Fusalp exclusive Perfortex Technology, is a high performance, waterproof, windproof and breathable micro-porous membrane. A synthetic layer is laminated on the inner layer of the fabric to increase efficacy: the size of the micropores allows the evacuation of water vapour to the outside of the material while preventing the penetration of bad weather (rain, snow, wind). External water repellent treatment guarantees optimum protection.
• WATER-REPELLENT YKK ZIPPER: AquaGuard® is the water repellent and water intrusion zipper, elaborated by lamination of the polyurethane film on a spiral or injected zipper. It comes in several glossy, transparent or matte colours but always with a high-quality appearance.
• THERMOLITE: The Thermolite® padding provides warmth and comfort while remaining light. It dries 20% faster than other insulating fabrics, and 50% more quickly than cotton. Thermolite® is the perfect layering fabric because it's comfortable and lightweight, allowing more freedom of movement.
• 2-WAY STRETCH FABRIC: The Stretch Technology adds extensibility to the main clothing fabric, thus offering maximum ease and comfort to the user. Stretch is obtained either by using elastane thread or by a specific weaving process.
• CRITICAL TAPED SEAMS: During sewing, the passage of the needle through the fabric can create a potential vulnerability in the tightness of the membrane. Weld the seams then allows us to secure our garment, avoiding any risk of water intrusion by it. Only the main seams, equivalent to the parts most exposed to bad weather, are welded
