- iPhones - Works with the Apple Find My app. Your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later.To use the Apple Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
- Android phones - Works with the Find Hub app on Android phones or tablets running Android 9+ with Google Play Services installed, and in certain countries for age-eligible users. The Find Hub network requires location services and Bluetooth to be turned on, and cell service or an internet connection.
- Chipolo companion app : Extra finding features and settings are available in the free Chipolo app on both iPhones and Android devices.
- Compatible with one network at a time (either Apple Find My or Find Hub on Android).

Standard Delivery is completed within 2-3 working days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. A delivery fee of £4.99 is applied to orders with a cart value under £75.

Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed by 1 PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Postage Refunds cannot be issued for any delays.
Next Day Guaranteed
Next Day Delivery is guaranteed for orders placed by 2 PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of any unforeseen delays, a postage refund will be issued.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday Delivery is available for Orders Placed on Monday to Thursday, and Friday before 1 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next working day.
